History of Chalet el Alcor
The charming beach villa Chalet el Alcor was built in the 1960s, in the small fishing village of Punta Umbría. Its construction was finalized in 1967 according to the plans of a famous doctor who started using it as a medical home – a place where patients obtained specialized care, at standards of excellence.
Thanks to its ideal location just steps away from the beach and its unique distinctive features, Chalet el Alcor has been in high demand over the years since 2017 when it first became available for rent under Alquiler Feliz.
