The flat is composed of three bedrooms: a large and bright double room with a king-size bed, and two additional “hostel-style” private rooms – one with bunk beds and one with a very comfy trundle bed, both with access to a balcony with a street view. The apartment also enjoys a spacious shared living room with a flat screen TV, a kitchen with all necessary utilities available, including a washing machine and a large modern bathroom.

Alameda Central Nest is the latest addition to Alquiler Feliz, an apartment block built in the 1970s, which opened its doors to tourists and visitors early in 2020. It is a modest home away from home which covers for all basic needs, with a very convenient central location, ideal for couples and backpackers travelling to Seville for short or medium periods of time.
